Avaatech is dedicated to ensuring the long-term reliability of your scanner with fast and comprehensive support. We provide both remote and on-site service worldwide, beginning with remote diagnostics to resolve issues quickly. When necessary, our technical team can be deployed to your location to perform hands-on maintenance or repairs.
In addition to technical support, we offer scientific guidance through our collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research (NIOZ). While maintenance is minimal, the most frequent service is X-ray source replacements. Lifespan can vary wildly, depending on scanning settings and usage intensity. Beyond maintenance, we also support custom upgrades tailored to specific research needs, such as extending scan length capacity.
